Based on the concept of 'Inshore' (backward integration to provide business process outsourcing), Rural BPO services of IAP leverages on its rural presence and the training delivery systems in various states through the network of training and delivery centers. We train local people through the training centers (i-jeevika) and employs them to provide the highly competitive back office support services and solutions through this decentralized model.
IAP's Rural BPO's are located in over 12 districts across states such as UP, MP, Rajasthan and Haryana, These are highly scalable units with existing average centre area of 2500 sq ft with current capacity of 40 seats extendable upto 150 seats.
These centers are equipped with computers, high-speed internet connectivity, servers, power back-up devices, and relevant infrastructure to provide the basic BPO services like:
- Data entry, Digitization and scanning services, language translation
- Response centers - e-mail, fax, mailers, and local marketing etc.
- Document check, verification services.
- Customer interaction (Voice and Non voice ) including local/regional language based response/processing centers for sectors such as telecom, FMCG, agriculture, technology, transport, banks, insurance, health, retail and government services etc.
- Recruitment, salary processing and HR services.
