He is also the founder & CEO of IAP Co., Ltd. Vipul is also one of the co-founders & active member of India Center Foundation: An NGO working closely with various governments, quasi-government bodies and corporate in India, Japan and the South East Asia, to promote socio-economic relations with India. He holds Bachelor’s degree from University of Allahabad and Master’s degree in International Business from Symbiosis, Pune (India). Vipul is an expert in project financing, people management, strategic planning and rolling out new businesses. He has to his credit a successful track record of launching companies with global blue prints.

He is a technocrat & a visionary holding a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tokyo, Japan. He is an alumnus of the famous TRON laboratory headed by Prof. Ken Sakamura, known as the father of Ubiquitous Computing. A visionary and an entrepreneur, Vikram has worked closely with various global corporate like NTT DATA CORPORATION, Nikko Cordial Group, Toshiba, UNL Labs etc. Also a visiting faculty at the International University of Japan. He is also founder Director of TIE Japan and a member of Indian Angles Network.

RAJENDRA SALUJA

He has over 25 years of experience in the HR field including senior positions in large organizations like Espire Infolabs (CMMI Level 5), Global Technologies International Corp. (erstwhile MTC), Quark Inc, Excel InfoTech, Bharti Group and Sona Koyo. He possesses a good understanding of the needs of organizations in the IT/BPO and Telecom Sectors.

He has over 14 years of experience in the areas of Profit Centre Operations, Business Development, Sales and Product Development. Having worked with companies like Religare Technova, Sahara Computers and Electronics Ltd., PCS Technology Ltd., he has extensive experience in business & market development, product positioning and consistently raising sales and profitability for the company.

POONAM GOENKA
Associate Vice President (Technical)

She has over 17 years of experience in the field of software development in multiple technologies in various capacities including Group Manager, Project Manager, Tech Lead, Analyst and Developer. Currently heading the Software Development team at IAP, she has handled full life cycle projects, development of system tools in companies like Datamatics and NIIT, and has also handled ISO Certification for companies.
