IAP has joined the initiative of the Government of India, which envisages all PSU banks to have their extended branches right up to the village level, envisioning the delivery of financial services to the vulnerable sections of the society at an affordable cost. As a part of our Financial Inclusion Services we intend to help the poor and underserved achieve financial sustainability as well as livelihoods by providing them economic self-reliance in an integrated and sustainable way.

Through its Rural Service Delivery Centers (RSDC), IAP provides the services of extended counters/branches, transactions support for deposits, withdrawals, loan disbursements, repayments, money transfers, and micro-insurance, etc. IAP also provides technology solutions and enablement services to various banks, financial institutions to help enable the last mile delivery.

IAP works with several Public Sector Banks, Financial Institutions, Service Providers, state government and local government bodies to provide its services of financial inclusion. State Bank of India has appointed IAP as National Business Correspondent (BC) for setting up Customer Service Points (CSP) in the first phase of implementation. IAP's Financial Inclusion services are also delivered through its own network and through a chain of partnerships and franchisees across states of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, Bihar and West Bengal. etc., working at the last miles across the villages. The last mile services offered will be opening account, affordable credit, funds transfer, micro insurance, and financial literacy.
